As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  2. Sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  3. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  6. Dedicated to winning new client business.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant from a fast-paced agency background.
  2. Results-oriented mindset, with a drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
  3. Expert knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in assessing candidate qualifications and matching them with job requirements.
  5. Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  7. Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is essential.
  9. Ability to source highly qualified candidates through a proactive headhunting approach accurately and efficiently.
