Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a strong alignment with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and workforce requirements.
  • Leverage various recruitment channels including social media, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect role expectations and attract the right candidates.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific industries and job markets to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide clients with insights on hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions between candidates and clients to ensure smooth communication and a positive hiring experience.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and recruitment best practices to continuously improve service offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge for recruitment.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, demonstrating a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates.
  • Certifications such as Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) are highly preferred.
  • Experience in a specific industry, such as technology or healthcare, to better understand the unique hiring needs of clients.
  • Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage, especially in diverse markets where communication is key.
  • Strong technical skills in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and data analytics for effective candidate sourcing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing recruitment needs.
