Description

As 360 Consultants here at PageGroup, we aim to make the right placements first time. You will be allocated a sector of the market to build and manage, and build crucial relationships with both clients and candidates within that market.

A bit more about the role:

1. Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new business.
2. Build and grow a client portfolio to understand their current or future recruitment needs.
3. Build and grow a team.
4. Attend client meetings to further build relationships and pitch for business across the group.
5. Provide consultative information to clients to ensure they are using the best strategies for finding the right candidates for their business.
6. Negotiate charge rates with clients.
7. Network to become an expert in your market.
8. Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates.
9. Interview candidates to understand their requirements and best client fit.
10. Support both client and candidates through the interview and offer stage.
11. Provide a thorough aftercare service to both client and candidate to check everything is running smoothly, and identify further business opportunities.
12. Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively.

Profile

We are looking to speak with individuals who are looking to further grow their careers in recruitment. With our current need we are looking for the following:

1. At least 3 years demonstrated 360 recruitment experience.
2. Capable of building great rapport along with strong sales flare.
3. Keen to maximise your potential and develop a rewarding career with PageGroup.
4. High levels of resilience and self-motivation.
5. Proven track record of success.
6. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
7. Management experience a plus.
