Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and manage your own recruitment desk
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
4. Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market conditions and trends
5. Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals

Requirements

1. Must have UAE experience
2. Must have strong agency recruitment experience in a business development or 360 role
