The Opportunity

We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner who is commercially minded, sales-driven, and ready to build a business within a business. You will have the opportunity to establish and grow your own recruitment desk using an existing, proven model that is already generating revenue.

Early joiners will be at the heart of our expansion and will receive equity shares in the business along with profit share incentives that will increase based on the value they bring.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – You want more than a job; you want to build something long-term and meaningful.
  • Sales-driven – You are a strong networker, natural business developer, and thrive in a commercial environment.
  • 360 recruitment expertise – You have a track record in recruitment, sales, and marketing.
  • Permanent and interim recruitment experience – You understand both markets and how to strategically grow client accounts.
  • Upselling and client development – You can identify and maximize opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
  • Financial services experience (preferred) – Experience in this space is a plus, but not essential.
  • Leadership-oriented – You value personal growth, discipline, and high achievement.
  • Dubai-based or willing to relocate – You see the opportunity Dubai presents and want to be part of its growing financial sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and growing a recruitment desk within financial services.
  • Placing candidates in permanent and interim roles while building long-term client relationships.
  • Expanding your network and driving business development.
  • Upselling and cross-selling recruitment solutions to maximize client value.
  • Leading in sales, marketing, and recruitment strategy.
  • Contributing to a high-performance culture focused on growth, ambition, and long-term success.
