Role Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our HR and recruitment team. In this role, you will assist with the recruitment process from start to finish, helping us identify and attract top talent to help drive the success of our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Calling and canvassing potential candidates.
- Maintain and update our recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Support in conducting reference checks and background verifications.
- Help manage recruitment-related correspondence, including job offers and rejections.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure an effective and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support on administrative tasks such as filing, updating employee records, and handling recruitment inquiries.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with recruitment software is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
