Job Overview:
As an Agency Manager at Skills Hub, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our team of agents to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive agency growth, while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of agents.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Agency Development:
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Compliance and Operations:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • Proven work experience in a leadership role within the Recruitment and Staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
