Recruitment Advisor - Process Improvements

Job Purpose
As part of the Cabin Crew recruitment team, your role will deliver a seamless recruitment experience for the Emirates Group, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring candidates align with our values and are capable of excelling in their roles. Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand Recruitment Needs: Translate departmental needs into annual recruitment plans.
  2. Advisory Role: Guide Talent Acquisition Coordinators on best practices and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
  4. Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Support Recruitment Campaigns: Manage high-volume recruitment for Cabin Crew both locally and globally.
  6. Effective Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to choose the best recruitment channels, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and ATS to attract top talent.
  7. Selection Methodologies: Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates' technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.
  8. Build Relationships: Foster strong, professional relationships with hiring managers, balancing process integrity with departmental needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 12 years schooling or equivalent and +5 years of recruitment experience OR Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  2. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in-house or as an agency recruiter.

Knowledge/Skills

  1. Desirable: CIPD or any other HR professional certification.
  2. Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks).
  3. Demonstrable ability to record and maintain high volumes of data to a high degree of integrity in order to create informative management reporting with clear recommendations for improvement.
  4. Intermediate Excel skills are required (Advanced - desirable).
  5. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (In-tray activities, work samples, presentation topics).
