Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the recruitment team, managing candidate data, schedules, and interview arrangements.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and recruitment trends to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Actively engage in customer service activities related to the real estate business, helping with client inquiries, ensuring a smooth client experience, and providing administrative support to our sales teams.
  • Assist in handling general administrative tasks across the business, including filing, document preparation, and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain and update HR and recruitment databases, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with company standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles (real estate experience is required).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • A customer-service mindset, with a keen interest in supporting the business and ensuring a positive experience for clients, candidates, and employees alike.
