Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume Recruitment & Sourcing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple engineering roles at scale.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and talent databases.
• Conduct bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment.

Screening & Assessment

• Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical & cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments and interview panels with hiring managers.
• Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining candidate quality.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and universities for talent acquisition.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) goals, and labor laws.
• Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools for process efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in high-volume engineering recruitment.
• Strong understanding of engineering job roles, technical skills, and industry hiring trends.
• Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
