Job Overview:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong background in the Oil & Gas and EPC industries. This role is critical in sourcing and securing top talent for key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors.
• Identify, attract, and engage with highly skilled professionals through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand workforce needs and timelines.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines for critical roles and future requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment, with significant exposure to the Oil & Gas / EPC industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and workforce challenges in Oil & Gas/EPC.
