Recruiter - Temporary

We are currently seeking a Recruiter - Temporary Role (6 months contract), reporting directly to P&C Head to join our HR team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

About the role :

• Manage the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers—for technical roles within the upstream oil & gas and related energy sectors.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of industry professionals using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to clearly define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular reports on key metrics and hiring progress.

About you :

• 2-3 years of recruitment experience in upstream oil & gas (with a focus on drilling and well services), energy, or renewables in the Middle East.
• Proven experience in recruitment agencies or working with oil field service companies.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job boards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the regional labor market and industry-specific roles.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and achieve set targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
