Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter Manager to lead a team of recruiters. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre / Bulk recruitment in end-to-end recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for a variety of roles across different departments.
The Recruitment Manager will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, mentor junior recruiters, and play a key role in developing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
This position involves managing a team of recruiters to achieve targeted hiring for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Screening, Interviewing & Onboarding:
- Screen resumes and conduct video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Strategize, facilitate, and manage interview processes, ensuring that interviews are structured and comprehensive.
- Shortlist selected candidates for the onboarding process.
- Guide and lead the team of recruiters to secure the best talent on time and in the desired numbers.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, both independently and through a team of recruiters.
- Collaborate with HODs to understand specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and business needs.
Recruitment Strategy & Reporting:
- Continuously improve and implement recruitment strategies to enhance talent acquisition processes and meet business objectives.
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing channels, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to HR leadership.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in BPO / Call Centre / Bulk recruitment with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across multiple departments.
- Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday), and HRIS systems.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing and leveraging social media.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes and teams simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to influence and negotiate offers effectively while balancing both the candidate’s and company’s needs.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage candidate data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
