Job description

Job Title : BDE (Business Development Executive) for 5-Gallon Water Business

Job Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our 5-gallon water product line in both residential, institutional and commercial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase sales. As a key player in our sales team, you will work to penetrate new markets, establish strong partnerships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Growth & Lead Generation :

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within residential and commercial sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads, focusing on building and expanding customer base.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients to drive new sales.
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention rates and repeat business.
  • Provide personalized solutions for customers by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored 5-gallon water products.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract new customers and promote the brand.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with new and existing customers.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and key metrics.
  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate customer data, sales records, and pipelines.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales leadership team regarding progress, market feedback, and competitive intelligence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Customer Service & Retention :

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the water products or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
