Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from selection to interview and ensuring timely communication of information and diversity of recruitment channels.
Screen the resumes, conduct preliminary communication and interviews with the applicants, and evaluate their suitability for the job requirements.
Organize and coordinate the interview process, communicate with relevant department heads, arrange interview time, and ensure the smooth progress of the entire interview process.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, psychology and other related majors are preferred.
More than 2 years of recruitment experience in fintech or web 3.
Have good communication skills, organization and coordination skills, and team spirit.
Familiar with the recruitment process and have good interview skills and talent assessment capabilities.
Have keen insight into the market talent situation and be able to flexibly respond to recruitment challenges.
