Recruiter for Albania, Europe - ASIAN

AL AMAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Albania, Europe, focusing specifically on sourcing and recruiting qualified Asian candidates for various roles in the hospitality industry. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs and matching them with the right talent, ensuring that both clients and candidates have a positive hiring experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate onboarding.

Responsibilities:

1. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Develop job postings and collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs.
3. Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
5. Coordinate the scheduling and conducting of interviews between candidates and clients.
6. Negotiate employment offers with candidates, taking into account client hiring budgets.
7. Maintain accurate and organized records in the recruitment database.
8. Provide regular updates to clients and management on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
3. Fluency in English and proficiency in any Asian language is required.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
7. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
8. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
