Recruiter for Albania, Europe - ASIAN

AL AMAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a Recruiter to be based in Albania, Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates from the Asian region to meet the staffing needs of our clients in Albania. You will utilize various recruitment channels and strategies to create a strong talent pool, ensuring a thorough understanding of our clients' recruitment needs.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates from the Asian market.
2. Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, universities, and other organizations to promote our recruitment efforts.
3. Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for roles in Albania.
4. Provide recommendations and insights to clients on market trends and candidate availability.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in our database.
6. Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
7. Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract potential candidates.

Requirements

1. MUST BE FEMALE
2. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Experience in recruitment, preferably in an international context.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
5. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
6. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages from the Asian region is a plus.
7. Proficient in using recruitment tools and software.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
