Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Property Consultant at PSI in Abu Dhabi. The Property Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, including consulting with clients and understanding their needs, providing customer service, and closing deals in a timely manner.
1. PRIMARY PURPOSE
- Responsible to connect with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers.
- Responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies future hiring needs and develops job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborates with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Creates and publishes job ads in various portals.
- Networks with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Takes ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it, developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Screens resumes and job applications.
- Conducts initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interviews candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive).
- Tracks hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Designs, distributes, and measures the results of candidate experience surveys.
- Trains and advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Follows up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Completes paperwork for new hires.
- Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within the area of responsibility.
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A. Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field.
B. Experience:
4 years of recruiting experience preferred.
