Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  2. Determine selection criteria
  3. Source potential candidates through recruitment platforms
  4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our applicant tracking system
  6. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  7. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  8. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Qualifications:

  1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter in the UAE
  2. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
  3. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic is a preference)
  5. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
