The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent to support our company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles, with a strong focus on real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
4. Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and provide feedback.
5. Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates.
6. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
7. Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including headhunting and direct sourcing.
3. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS software, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
