Job description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned recruitment targets.

This role will be managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across multiple departments in Aspire Lifestyles Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  1. Participate in all talent acquisition activities that include diversity sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment, and offering process.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Manage and maintain internal and external recruitment channels/platforms and update recruitment status reports.
  4. Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
  5. Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs.
  6. Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
  7. Create and maintain employment files; ensuring they are completed with required documentation based on local regulations.
  8. Update HRIS system with employee data and maintain employee records timely and accurately for both onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years recruiting experience.
  2. Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent.
  3. A combination of in-house corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred.
  4. Effective communication skills, high-energy, and passion for providing a positive onboarding employee experience.
  5. Must possess software talent and technical recruitment experience.
  6. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.
  8. Excellent written and spoken English.
  9. Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends.
