Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying top talent, managing the hiring process, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match job requirements and company culture.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
4. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on market trends.
6. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
7. Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment metrics and activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, within the UAE market.
3. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
