Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct telephonic interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate information.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 4 to 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a recruitment agency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
