• Actively visit local markets to directly source qualified technicians.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates in the UAE market.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and fulfill them in a timely manner.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job specifications and qualifications.
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
