Recruiter

We, as one of the leading Real Estate Companies in Dubai, are looking for a Recruiter to join our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates across departments and levels.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to craft accurate job descriptions.
3. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions for seamless onboarding.

Requirements:

1. Proven recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
2. Strong grasp of recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and employees.
4. British candidates are preferred.
