Recruiter

Job Preview:

You’ll manage the full recruitment process to attract top talent for our digital agency. Collaborating with hiring managers, you'll source, screen candidates, oversee interviews and ensure we hire skilled professionals who align with our values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers.
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific team needs, roles, and required skills for open positions.
3. Proactively source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, headhunting, social media, referrals, etc.).
4. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
6. Ensure a seamless candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the process.
7. Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.
8. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates to fulfill both immediate and future hiring needs.
9. Track recruitment metrics and provide insights into the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
10. Maintain reports with feedback from HODs and interview evaluations.

Requirements:

1. Bilingual (Arabic and English Speaker)
2. 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist in a social media agency.
3. Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
4. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for identifying top talent.
