Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Conducting interviews and screening candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
  2. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  4. Posting job advertisements on various platforms and sourcing candidates through networking and referrals.
  5. Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  6. Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  7. Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role in Oil and Gas.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  3. Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  4. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
