Job Description:

• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
• Sales Pipeline Management:
  Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
  Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, addressing client needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Customized Sales Proposals:
  Prepare and present tailored sales proposals that address individual client needs, clearly demonstrating the unique benefits and value proposition of our mobile car wash services.
• Strategic Sales Development:
  Design and implement targeted sales strategies aimed at attracting new clients, including both individual customers and corporate accounts.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to achieve targets.
• Business Development Activities:
  Proactively identify and approach corporate clients and real estate companies to expand the client base.
  Promote and offer subscription packages for residential communities and fleet cleaning services to businesses.
  Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers to present tailored solutions and negotiate agreements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, reflecting a strong academic foundation and understanding of core business principles.
• Professional Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive, service-based industries, or real estate, demonstrating a successful sales track record and client relationship management.
• Certifications:
  Professional certifications in Sales Methodologies or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are considered an advantage, showcasing a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Language Proficiency:
  Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable to effectively engage with a broader client base. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Additional Requirements:
  A valid driving license is required; owning a car is highly preferable for ease of mobility and client visits.
