At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Recreation Supervisor is responsible for effective supervision of the Hotel/Recreation facilities. This includes distributing pool towels to pool and beach guests and providing them with a warm and sincere welcome.

As a Recreation Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the recreation team to deliver an excellent Guest experience. You will also be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Distribute, delegate, and direct workload to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labour and material. Monitor and evaluate team member performance.
• Maintain and supervise pool and beach areas, ensuring items are stocked and inventory is checked and maintained.
• Plan and monitor activities to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
• Select and train Recreation team members in proper work procedures and techniques.
• Assist in dealing with guest needs, emergencies, and/or extra services for guests.
• Communicate effectively to conduct staff and departmental meetings.
• Attend various other related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts alongside the Head of the Department.
