Operations & Guest Experience:
Oversee daily Spa & Fitness Center operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies for spa services, membership programs, and guest engagement.
Maintain compliance with hotel and legal health, safety, and security standards.
Coordinate with Sales & Guest Experience to promote wellness activities.
Revenue & Financial Management:
Drive revenue growth through marketing, sales strategies, and upselling.
Monitor financial performance, forecast revenue, and optimize budget efficiency.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, including CAPEX and headcount planning.
Standards & Compliance:
Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
Oversee stock and inventory management, ensuring accurate records and security.
Maintain compliance with DTCM, LQA, and all health & safety regulations.
Team Leadership & Training:
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Spa & Fitness Center staff.
Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and implement training programs.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and uphold high standards of professionalism.
Safety & Security:
Ensure proper safety measures, lifeguard training, and emergency preparedness.
Maintain necessary medical services and first aid resources in all areas.
Additional Responsibilities:
Lead team meetings, briefings, and internal training sessions.
Promote sustainability initiatives and uphold company policies.
Carry out any additional reasonable and lawful tasks as directed by the General Manager.
