Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with booking recreational activities, such as spa appointments, fitness classes, and local excursions.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and schedules for recreational facilities, ensuring efficient operation.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest interactions, and activity bookings.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure all guest needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Promote and upsell hotel recreational services and packages.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with brochures and information.
- Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations. Inform guests of safety procedures and assist in emergency situations as needed.
What We Need from You:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or recreation management is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a hotel or recreational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
