Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and organize the clinic's daily calendar
Provide clients with detailed information about aesthetic services and procedures offered
Assist clients with check-in, ensure proper documentation is completed, and update client records
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, contributing to a welcoming environment
Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verification as required
Coordinate with staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations and client appointments
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and tactfully
Requirements
Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Proficient in appointment scheduling and managing clinic calendars
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and office software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and appearance
