Booking appointments and managing calendars.
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Handling basic inquiries and providing customer service.
Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events.
Requirements
Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Japanese languages.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
