Input and maintain property listings on internal CRM systems and third-party platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, JustProperty, etc.).
Ensure that all property information is accurate and up-to-date, including prices, photos, and descriptions.
Regularly update and remove listings that have been sold or leased.
Enter new property details into the system, including photos, floor plans, and any additional information provided by agents or property owners.
Prepare marketing materials such as property brochures, online ads, and social media posts.
Coordinate with the sales, leasing, and property management teams to ensure listings are updated and reflect the current availability.
Respond to internal inquiries related to property details, pricing, and availability.
Support real estate agents with marketing and updating their property portfolios on multiple platforms.
Conduct basic research on competitor listings to ensure properties are competitively priced and marketed.
Assist with reporting on the performance of property listings, including viewings and client interest.
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or property management.
Experience with real estate listing platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut) required.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM or real estate listing systems.
Strong customer service orientation and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
