Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Greet and assist visitors and customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Address customer queries efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and updates to accurately assist customers.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage front desk operations, including organizing visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and handling deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s standards.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing as required.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support teams in scheduling as needed.

Problem Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve basic customer service issues, demonstrating empathy and a solution-focused approach.
  • Record and report customer feedback, ensuring important issues are communicated to the appropriate teams.
