Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet and assist visitors and customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
Address customer queries efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and updates to accurately assist customers.
Administrative Support:
Manage front desk operations, including organizing visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and handling deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company’s standards.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing as required.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support teams in scheduling as needed.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and resolve basic customer service issues, demonstrating empathy and a solution-focused approach.
Record and report customer feedback, ensuring important issues are communicated to the appropriate teams.
