·Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person.
·Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
·Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
·Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
·Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and be computer literate (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
·Prepare daily reports for vehicles in and out.
·Monitor and record vehicle documentation, license expiration, gasoline used, and fines.
·Prepare staff uniform designs to be approved by the management.
·Generate and prepare reports and provide briefs to management.
