We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Data Enterer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in RM1, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanour, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage both front desk responsibilities and data entry tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors while ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Handle incoming calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls as necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage and update databases with client information and records.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and send out correspondence as needed.
  • Handle office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
  • Proficient in data entry and data management software, such as MS Excel and database systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of office management software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM systems.
