We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist cum Sales Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative and sales-related tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and coordinate various contracts and agreements, including Form A, B, F, I, tenancy contracts, rental lease agreements, and channel partner agreements (PDF and online formats).
Draft custom agreements, contracts, and professional business letters.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to top management.
Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange refreshments as required.
Type, format, and edit reports and documents.
Manage databases, maintain records, and liaise with internal departments.
Answer phone calls and handle queries.
Approve and edit property listings (titles, descriptions, and photos).
Manage real estate portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
Verify listings on portals and ensure accuracy.
Update and maintain agent profiles in CRM and real estate portals.
Manage the Trakheesi account for obtaining listing permit numbers.
Handle company registrations, including agency agreements between real estate agencies and developers.
Operate and manage developer portal accounts.
Search for project numbers using Dubai REST and other official platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in administration, real estate, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and real estate portals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with Dubai real estate regulations and Trakheesi systems.
Minimum 2 years in a similar role, in the real estate sector.
