Job Description
Role Type: Long Term, Full Time, On-Site
Working Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors and clients.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Manage appointments, scheduling, and meeting room bookings.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to staff, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments.
Assist with maintaining office equipment and liaising with service providers as needed.
Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Maintain and update calendars for executives or teams.
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and client interactions.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
Office Management:
Assist with office organization and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Coordinate travel arrangements if needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent (required).
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, copiers).
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
