Job description

Experience: 2 Years Receptionist & Call Center Experience (Experience in UAE is a plus)

Job Description:

  1. Provides information related to policies and conditions for the admission of new students at the university.
  2. Updates knowledge and provides information relating to the university (specialization, fees, etc.).
  3. Responsible for responding to inquiries relating to exams, holidays, courses schedule, etc.
  4. Follows up on student queries and communicates with students via email.
  5. Prepares daily and monthly reports as needed and reports to the Deputy General Register.
  6. Records all inquiries and maintains proper documentation.
  7. Responsible for contacting students who have dropped out.
  8. Conducts surveys related to AAU programs & services.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned by the General Register.

Desired Candidate Profile

General Conditions:

  1. Proficiency in English language, spoken and written.
  2. Proficiency in Arabic language, spoken and written.
  3. Enthusiastic fresh graduates can also apply.
  4. Good command of computer skills, particularly MS Office programs.
  5. Ability to manage confidential information is a must.
