  • Role: Receptionist
  • Employment Type: Outsourced

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
  • Provide information about properties, services, and company offerings to clients.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
