Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in Arabic, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company's professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately while maintaining a courteous tone and clear communication.
Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for executives, ensuring efficient time utilization.
Maintain a well-organized reception area, showcasing a clean and inviting environment for clients and employees.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist role, ideally within a corporate or service-oriented environment.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in office administration or customer service are advantageous.
Industry Experience:
Familiarity with the hospitality or corporate sector, understanding industry-specific protocols.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
