Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in Arabic, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company's professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately while maintaining a courteous tone and clear communication.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for executives, ensuring efficient time utilization.
  • Maintain a well-organized reception area, showcasing a clean and inviting environment for clients and employees.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
  • Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist role, ideally within a corporate or service-oriented environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in office administration or customer service are advantageous.
  • Industry Experience: Familiarity with the hospitality or corporate sector, understanding industry-specific protocols.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
