Job Description
- Greet visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the relevant department or individual.
- Maintain an organized, tidy, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
- Order and track office supplies, maintaining logs of daily activities.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and related arrangements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of office activities, schedules, inventories, and documentation.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining company databases and filing systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to confidentiality
