Job Description

  • Greet visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the relevant department or individual.
  • Maintain an organized, tidy, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and document preparation.
  • Order and track office supplies, maintaining logs of daily activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and related arrangements.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of office activities, schedules, inventories, and documentation.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining company databases and filing systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to confidentiality
