The Receptionist/Admin Officer will be responsible for providing efficient and professional administrative support to the company. This includes managing front desk activities, coordinating appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative officer
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
