Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hotel Management)

Nationality: Any Nationality

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Job Location: United Arab Emirates

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Function: Secretary / Front Office

Skillset: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  1. Phone Call Management: Answer phone calls, transfer them to the relevant department.
  2. Email Management: Check and forward emails to concerned individuals.
  3. Meeting Coordination: Schedule MD meetings (if required) and send reminders.
  4. Attendance Tracking: Monitor attendance for office staff, MEP engineers, solar engineer, and GRP via phone call/WhatsApp and record in Excel.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Book tickets and make travel arrangements (if necessary).
  6. Billing and Invoicing: Prepare utility bills and order stationery from suppliers after comparing prices.
  7. Administrative Support: Receive invoices, stamp them, and hand over to the accounts department while logging into the record book.
  8. Job Postings: Post job requirements on Indeed, sort applications, and send them to the HR manager.
