Job Description:

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  2. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  3. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company’s services.
  4. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  6. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  7. Maintain records of visitors and manage visitor access.
  8. Assist in organizing company events and meetings as needed.

Job Details:

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  2. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  4. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
