Receptionist

We are looking for a professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Spa Receptionist creates a welcoming environment and ensures guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Job Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 3,000 to 4,000.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide information about spa treatments, services, and facilities.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
• Manage spa appointment bookings via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Coordinate therapist schedules to ensure optimal resource use.
• Confirm and remind guests of their appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and inventory.
• Ensure reception and lounge areas are tidy and presentable.
• Promote and sell spa products and packages.
• Educate guests about skincare or wellness products available.
• Communicate effectively with spa therapists and other team members.
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or guest complaints.
• Monitor and replenish brochures, towels, and refreshments in waiting areas.
• Uphold spa policies and ensure the confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing booking systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest complaints gracefully.
