Responsibilities
- Good communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Manage incoming/outgoing couriers.
- Coordinate with other departments for office supplies.
- Knowledge in preparing LPO, quotations, and invoices.
- Manage hotel/travel bookings.
Skills
- Excellent in English.
- Good skills in MS Office, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and reports.
Education
A degree holder
