We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming experience, answering inquiries, and assisting with office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and visitor logbook
Handle mail distribution, couriers, and incoming deliveries
Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist in booking travel arrangements and accommodations, if required
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a receptionist or similar front-office role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
