Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, assist visitors and employees, and handle administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and information counter area.
  • Provide directions and guidance within the facility or office.
  • Handle visitor registration, issue passes, and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure promotional materials, brochures, or notices are up-to-date and available for visitors.
  • Support internal communication, event coordination, and liaise with other departments when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in business administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in front-desk operations, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English
